Upon receiving a valid DMCA takedown notice, we will act promptly to remove or disable access to the infringing material. Please note that, in accordance with the law, we may forward the takedown notice, including your contact details, to the person who uploaded the content.

Filing a Counter-Notification

If you believe that your content was removed or disabled by mistake, or if you feel that your content was misidentified, you have the right to file a counter-notification. To do so, please provide the following information:

• A detailed description of the content that was removed and its location on our platform.
• Your full legal name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address.
• A declaration, made under penalty of perjury, that you have a good faith belief that the content was removed by mistake or misidentification.
• A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court where you reside (or any district where the service is available if you live outside the U.S.) and that you will accept service of process from the complainant.
• Your physical or electronic signature.

Once we receive the counter-notification, we will forward it to the complainant. If they do not initiate legal proceedings within the prescribed 10–14 days, we may restore the content to our platform.
