At The Iron Den, we strive to ensure your satisfaction with our services. If you need to request a refund, please review our policy below:

Membership Cancellations

You may cancel your membership within 7 days of purchase for a full refund, provided no classes or facilities have been used.

Classes and Personal Training

Refunds for prepaid classes or personal training sessions are available if requested within 14 days of purchase and before the first session. Used sessions are non-refundable.

Special Programs

Refunds for workshops or special programs are eligible within 3 days of registration, provided the program has not started.

All refund requests must be submitted in writing to [email protected]. Refunds will be processed within 10 business days of approval. No refunds will be issued outside of these conditions.
